The sophisticated interiors of Caviar was designed by no other than Chef Dutchman Frank, who is also the owner of the restaurant.

    Get treated to a night to remember with French-Meditteranean dishes featuring high-quality ingredients, imported from Europe!

    Among their best-sellers are their Fresh French Oysters from Bordeaux, France, served with mignonette sauce and a lemon wedge. However, you can also have their Fin De Claire Oysters in other ways such as Oyster Rockefeller or Oyster Kilpatrick.

    You may also try their meat and game choices such as the tender and irresistible Roast Venison Loin from Burgundy, France, as well as their Kinross Lamb Chops. Meanwhile, a wide selection of wines is available at Caviar to pair with their signature dishes.
