Eating healthy is in and what’s supposed to be a trendy fad is turning out to be a lifestyle that’s here to stay. Eating in Salcedo is no different. Along the streets of Rufino and Valero is Sprout, with an image of young leaves sprouting out right above the store name.
Opened in 2015, Sprout sells fresh organic food that can be eaten soon after it has been purchased. For those who are on the run, paninis and sandwiches made of fresh organic ingredients are available. Premium coffee and other special beverages such as Bright Eyes (to boost energy) and Ginger Jab (to warm the body) They also have rice bowls, such as Laing Rice Bowl (P263), for those who want more filling meals.

Sprout promotes healthy eating – but that doesn’t mean that they do not serve sweets! Their smooth Vanilla Panacotta (P100) is a definite must-try. Their moist Lemon Thyme Pound Cake (P84) has only 38 calories. Snack on their crispy organic Taro Chips (P168) as well.
