    • A stylish pub located in the heart of Makati, Rue Bourbon focuses on New Orleans dishes as well as cocktails and beers. They are known for their product cocktail, Gunpowder Liquor (P195), which baristas make by setting fire to the liquor in shot glass, sprinkling some cinnamon powder over the drink (giving it a flaming effect) and then trapping the smoke using another glass once the fire disappears.
 And right after you drink the shot using a straw, you have to inhale the smoke! This is usually being served to birthday celebrants!
