The steaks remain the highlight of Elbert’s menu. While selections ultimately depend on personal preference, lunch introduces a refined classic in the form of the Prime Rib au jus, made from slow-roasted USDA Choice grade bone-in rib-eye. The course lunch begins with either the soup of the day or a salad, followed by the prime rib served with horseradish cream and its signature au jus.

Guests may choose their preferred portion, with the King’s Cut (280g minimum) priced at Php 3,600, the English Cut (180g minimum) at Php 3,000, and the Queen’s Cut (150g minimum) at Php 2,400.

Complementing the main are indulgent side dishes, from which guests may choose one, such as truffled mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, baked potato topped with sour cream, chives, and bacon bits, as well as steamed buttered vegetables. The course is then rounded out with dessert and a choice of coffee or tea.

What’s more, Elbert’s Steak Room also has a Prix Fixe Lunch Menu composed of beef, sandwiches, burgers, and other plates for you to enjoy.

For dinner, the USDA “Super” Prime Ribeye (Php 8,000) and the USDA Double Gold Filet Mignon (Php 6,000), both broiled medium rare to perfection, are among the most sought-after selections.

For those dining with a partner or in a group, the USDA Prime Grade Tomahawk Ribeye (for two: Php 12,000; for three: Php 17,000; for four: Php 20,000) and USDA “Super” Prime Grade Porterhouse (for two: Php 13,000) are perfect for sharing. The former, which has a long bone resembling a tomahawk axe, is not hefty but also packed with rich, juicy meat due to its extensive marbling.

The USDA “Super” Prime Grade Porterhouse, on the other hand is a combination of two steak cuts: tenderloin and strip. This means you get the best of both worlds—a tender, buttery filet mignon on one side and a flavorful, firmer strip steak on the other. Its large size makes it perfect for sharing that ensures guests can enjoy a variety of textures and flavors in one sitting.

Complement your steak with its excellent sides, particularly the creamed spinach, truffled mashed potatoes, and baked potatoes loaded with sour cream, bacon bits, and chives.

Meanwhile, those who wish to enjoy their steaks in a more intimate setting may reserve one of the restaurant’s two private rooms. The mini private room accommodates up to six guests, with a minimum consumable fee of Php 15,000 for lunch and Php 30,000 for dinner. The larger private room, on the other hand, can host up to 14 guests, with a minimum consumable requirement of Php 25,000 for lunch and Php 50,000 for dinner.

Palm Grill in Quezon City is a one-of-a-kind dining destination that brings the authentic cuisine of South of Mindanao to Luzon. Established in 2017, Palm Grill proudly serves the rich flavors, vibrant culture, and storied history of the Zambasulta region—Zamboanga, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi—offering diners a rare opportunity to explore Southern Mindanaon dishes without leaving Metro Manila. Known as the only authentic Southern Mindanaon restaurant in Luzon, Palm Grill goes beyond simply serving food. It showcases culinary traditions deeply rooted in Tausug and Zamboangueño heritage, highlighting ingredients and cooking techniques that are not commonly found in mainstream Filipino restaurants. A must-try for first-time diners is the Dulang (Php 1,119)—a specialty tray traditionally served during royal banquets. This curated sampler features a variety of Palm Grill’s signature dishes, making it the perfect introduction to the bold and layered flavors of Zambasulta cuisine. Presented generously and meant for sharing, it reflects the communal spirit of Southern dining. Another standout is the Tiyula Itum (Php 560), a striking black beef soup from the Tausug community. Cooked with lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, garlic, onions, and pepper, its distinctive dark color comes from burnt coconut meat, which imparts a deep, smoky richness. Often described as “Bulalo 2.0,” it offers a comforting yet complex flavor profile that surprises and delights. For something hearty and satisfying, the Beef Satti (Php 300) delivers skewered beef served with a flavorful sauce that perfectly balances sweet, savory, and spicy notes. It’s a beloved Southern staple that captures the bold personality of Mindanao’s cuisine. Through its thoughtfully prepared dishes and dedication to authenticity, Palm Grill continues to champion the culinary identity of Zambasulta. For diners in Quezon City seeking flavors beyond the usual Filipino fare, Palm Grill offers an immersive experience—where history, culture, and cuisine come together in every bite.
