Guests can enjoy Edoya’s Kaisen Salad (Php 499), a sashimi salad with salmon, tuna, squid, and ebi, or the Classic Rainbow Roll (Php 659), a colorful sushi roll made with assorted fish. Edoya also offers a variety of specialty rolls, including the Firehouse Volcano (Php 799) and the Spicy Double Salmon (Php 659) for those who enjoy spicy food.

For something heartier, try the Rosu Tonkatsu (Php 449 for 110g) or juicy pork cutlet and Tantanmen (Php 429), a spicy ramen filled with minced pork in a nutty broth. Their Ebi Tempura (Php 499 for 3 pcs) and the unique Uni Tempura (Php 359) or sea urchins wrapped in nori and deep-fried are must-tries too!

For rice lovers, get their Maguro Yuke (Php 339) – thin strips of lean tuna seasoned in a sweet-savory sauce – and Gyudon (Php 429), a comforting rice bowl topped with tender beef and onions in a savory-sweet sauce.

For those looking to cap off their day at Edoya, guests will be delighted to discover that the restaurant also offers an authentic yakitori experience! Each skewer is freshly grilled over charcoal, allowing the natural flavors of the meat to shine through with every bite.

Among the must-tries are the Negima, tender chicken skewers paired with Welsh onion for a satisfying balance of savory and smoky notes, and the Leva, or grilled chicken liver, prized for its rich texture and enhanced by a flavorful ginger sauce that delivers both depth and sweetness.
