You shouldn’t miss Yebisu’s shoyu ramen made with fish stock and soy sauce. The resulting soup is an umami bomb, complemented by the goodness of chewy, bouncy noodles and topped with chashu, naruto (cured fish cake), wakame (Japanese kelp), leeks, crab sticks, and wood ear mushrooms. This will definitely warm up your soul!

It also offers hearty lunch sets: well-loved Japanese classics such as tonkatsu, chicken katsu, and Japanese curry serving with three side dishes and a steaming bowl of rice.
