    Established in 2010, Artisan Cellar Door grew from Artisan Cellars and Fine Foods, Inc., a company with decades of experience in the import and distribution of fine wines and specialty foods.

    Over the years, Artisan Cellar Door has become a place for wine enthusiasts, collectors, and curious diners to discover producers, enjoy food alongside wine, and learn more about the provenance and craftsmanship behind each bottle and ingredient.

    Among the wines and producers represented in its collection are Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey, Domaine Leroy, Silver Oak, Château Figeac 2006, Roses de Jeanne Champagne by Cédric Bouchard, G.B. Burlotto Barolo, Bernhard Huber Wildenstein GG, and Casanova di Neri Cerretalto.

    Its food menu follows the same approach, combining European influences with premium ingredients from different parts of the world.

    One of its featured dishes is the Joselito Sisig (Php 950), a Spanish interpretation of the Filipino favorite made with Joselito Ibérico Cabezada and Ventresca, complemented by red and green chillies and red onion, then served with crisp baguette.

    For steak, Artisan Cellar Door serves Pardoo Wagyu from Western Australia, known for its high marbling. Options include the Okan Striploin MS9 (Php 6,250/350 g), Okan Cuberoll MS9 (Php 7,500/350 g), and Okan Bone-in Ribeye (Php 7,500/500 g).

    The Carbonara (Php 700), meanwhile, combines pasta with egg yolk, Pecorino Romano, and crisp Joselito guanciale for a rich and savory take on the Italian staple.

    Guests may also order Pinsa Romana, a Roman-style flatbread characterized by its crisp yet airy crust.The selection includes Pomodoro e Jamón (Php 1,350) with tomato and Joselito jamón, Pesto (Php 1,100) with basil pesto, and Quattro Formaggi (Php 1,100) with four Italian cheeses.

    Artisan Cellar Door also has four distinctive private dining rooms, each drawing inspiration from notable wines, winemakers, and estates. The spaces are designed for intimate dinners, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and wine-focused occasions.

    Fabio takes inspiration from the Barolo traditions of Piedmont and the legacy of G.B. Burlotto. The room accommodates eight guests, with a Php 30,000 consumable rate.

    Pascal, named after Champagne vigneron Pascal Agrapart, reflects the grower-producer’s terroir-focused approach and accommodates 10 guests at a Php 30,000 consumable rate.

    Inspired by Domaine Leroy, Lalou is another 10-person private room, also available at a Php 30,000 consumable rate.

    On the other hand, Eric draws inspiration from Burgundy’s Domaine Armand Rousseau and provides space for 10 guests, with a Php 50,000 consumable rate.

    For larger gatherings, Pascal and Lalou can be combined into one space accommodating up to 24 guests, with a Php 80,000 consumable rate, making it suitable for celebrations, corporate dinners, and wine-centered gatherings.
