  • Titto’s Latin BBQ & Brew in Pasig: A Taste of Sumptuous Latin American Dishes
  • Established in 2016, the ever-festive Titto’s Latin BBQ & Brew shows off a vibrant interior and a wide array of Latin dishes.

According to Chef Jerwyn Rabo, it started as an abandoned house bought by a company of titas and was later on turned into a restaurant and named it Tittos.

As you enter the dining place, you will sense the fun and warm vibe manifested in the creative paintings. One of the aesthetic displays that will charm you is their version of Latin America map, depicting different cultural practices for each place.

In addition to its friendly ambiance, Titto’s serves flavorful yet affordable South American dishes that will change your impression of Latin American cuisine.

For instance, the bestseller appetizer Nacho El Gigante is not your typical Beef Nachos. Chef Rabo shared that they are using four kinds of cheese to further enhance the flavor.

This crowd favorite is absolutely worth the bite as it’s made with crispy corn tortilla chips topped with chunks of beef, pico de gallo, jalapeno slices, shredded lettuce, chimichurri salsa with melted cheese and Mexican sour cream.

Heads up taco lovers as Titto’s brings you their version of chicken tacos.

Chiquittos is served in a bowl with salsa taquera sauce and topped with deep-fried chicken tacos, pico de gallo, queso fresco, and Mexican crema. The salsa taquera sauce adds a sour and tasty kick!

Another must-try dish is the Titto’s Elote, which will remind you of your childhood favorite, buttery kernel corn.

Titto’s Elote is grilled sweet corn brushed with smoked paprika butter, Latin spices, mayo, and lime. Chef Rabo wanted to achieve that Filipino flavor by adding chicharron bits.

Behind Titto’s Latin BBQ and Brew, you will notice a secret door that looks like a vending machine.

Inside it is a hidden bar called RM 16—a unique name derived from the address of the bar. You should not miss out on their classic cocktails exclusively made by their mixologist!

One drink you should try is the Me Soprendesbut you can also tell the bartender how you are feeling and they will mix up your cocktail to lift your mood!

RM 16 offers Titto’s dishes as long as it is open. However, the hidden bar also has its set of eats that you can pair with your alcoholic beverages, such as skewers, pizza, pork sisig, and mushroom chicharrones.

Palm Grill in Quezon City is a one-of-a-kind dining destination that brings the authentic cuisine of South of Mindanao to Luzon. Established in 2017, Palm Grill proudly serves the rich flavors, vibrant culture, and storied history of the Zambasulta region—Zamboanga, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi—offering diners a rare opportunity to explore Southern Mindanaon dishes without leaving Metro Manila. Known as the only authentic Southern Mindanaon restaurant in Luzon, Palm Grill goes beyond simply serving food. It showcases culinary traditions deeply rooted in Tausug and Zamboangueño heritage, highlighting ingredients and cooking techniques that are not commonly found in mainstream Filipino restaurants. A must-try for first-time diners is the Dulang (Php 1,119)—a specialty tray traditionally served during royal banquets. This curated sampler features a variety of Palm Grill’s signature dishes, making it the perfect introduction to the bold and layered flavors of Zambasulta cuisine. Presented generously and meant for sharing, it reflects the communal spirit of Southern dining. Another standout is the Tiyula Itum (Php 560), a striking black beef soup from the Tausug community. Cooked with lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, garlic, onions, and pepper, its distinctive dark color comes from burnt coconut meat, which imparts a deep, smoky richness. Often described as “Bulalo 2.0,” it offers a comforting yet complex flavor profile that surprises and delights. For something hearty and satisfying, the Beef Satti (Php 300) delivers skewered beef served with a flavorful sauce that perfectly balances sweet, savory, and spicy notes. It’s a beloved Southern staple that captures the bold personality of Mindanao’s cuisine. Through its thoughtfully prepared dishes and dedication to authenticity, Palm Grill continues to champion the culinary identity of Zambasulta. For diners in Quezon City seeking flavors beyond the usual Filipino fare, Palm Grill offers an immersive experience—where history, culture, and cuisine come together in every bite.
