  • A stone’s throw away from Nuvali and Paseo de Sta. Rosa in Laguna, Tachibana is an izakaya restaurant that boasts of high-quality authentic Japanese dishes with value for money.

    Their menu has been specially curated with the help of a Japanese chef, Mikitoshi Kiyoie, who is from Fukuoka, Japan, together with his disciple, a Filipino chef that helps lead the kitchen. In this restaurant, you can enjoy a variety of grilled meat and seafood dishes that are great to enjoy together with some beer or sake.

    They have sushi, sashimi, tempura, fried noodles, and a variety of other Japanese dishes that allow you to splurge a little without feeling bad about the cost. Prices only range from Php 250 to Php 1,000.

    Depending on the availability, they also offer off-the-menu dishes that make use of fresh hand-carried seasonal ingredients from Japan, so be sure to ask the chef or server of any available dish to try.

    The restaurant has rustic Japanese-inspired interiors, with wooden chairs and tables and with an option for a Japanese-style low table dining. They have two private rooms available if you want to enjoy more privacy enjoying your food with friends or family, especially during peak hours.
