Filipinos, known for their adventurous palates, have especially embraced this as it offers a refreshing alternative to the rich flavors of the local dishes. Popular Mediterranean spots in Metro Manila continue to draw crowds who seek everything from kebabs to hummus and everything in between, and it’s no wonder this cuisine has become a staple for foodies in the Metro. Originally from Mandaluyong City, Finkels has a reputation for whipping up generously portioned Mediterranean chow, all made with fresh ingredients that keep guests coming back for more.

Start with their Pasta Basket (Php 415), where you can choose from classics like bolognese, pesto, carbonara, or lasagna, all served in a bread basket. Their Greek salad (Php 250) and tabbouleh (starts at Php 249) are also perfect for a fresh start to your meal.

If you’re craving kebabs, Finkels’ kebab basket (Php 495) lets you pick between Adana kebab or kofta, paired with biryani rice and grilled vegetables. For lighter bites, enjoy the Mediterranean nachos (Php 300) made with crispy pita chips, mozzarella, sour cream, and salsa.

For something savory and greasy, get their version of the beloved chicken sisig served sizzling with a mixture of onions and chili peppers, topped with egg. You may get it ala carte (Php 259) or enjoy it with rice (Php 339).
