Neil’s Kitchen is a restaurant owned by Chef Neil Ramos, a chef renowned in the catering business for more than 10 years. The restaurant serves Filipino dishes with a touch of inventiveness, as the dishes they serve are not the usual ones you see in other restaurants.

Take for example their best-selling Sinigang Paella with Grilled Pork Belly, which is a hit because of its interesting take on Filipino sour stew sinigang made into a Spanish rice dish paella. They’ve been innovating Filipino dishes with adding their own twist to and adding different flavorful components.

What made it the talk of the town aside from the food would be their quirky interiors, with playful food quotes painted on their walls. There’s also a book shop inside, in case you want to drop by after a sumptuous meal.

Enjoy a nice and interesting take on Filipino cuisine at Neil’s Kitchen in Alabang!
