     Wai Ying Fast food has always been crowded with locals, tourists and regular customers since it first opened in 1998. Their interior is very cozy and and their dishes are delicious and affordable. This is one of the favorite dimsum and noodle places in Chinatown. The price range is from P65 to P110. First on their list is the hakaw (Photo 2), 4 pieces of delicious shrimp dumplings. Another favorite is the irresistibly cruchy classic siomai (Photo 1). The beef wanton (Photo 3) is a noodle bestseller.
