  • Tea of Spring, located within Shangri-La Mactan, Cebu, is an elegant Cantonese restaurant serving contemporary Chinese cuisine, loose-leaf teas, and Chinese wines in Cebu. The restaurant offers a menu of Chef’s specialties inspired by the flavors of Chinese tea alongside traditional Chinese dishes. A daily dim sum lunch is also available.

    Leading the kitchen is Liu Zhijun, Executive Chinese Chef of Tea of Spring. Originally from Bengbu City, Anhui Province, Chef Liu draws inspiration from his mother’s use of fresh ingredients and herbs while preserving authentic flavors.He also brings over 30 years of experience in creating Cantonese menus and has worked with international chefs who helped shape his culinary style and expertise, allowing him to balance tradition with innovation.

    One of the restaurant’s signature dishes is the Peking Style Roasted Duck (Two Way), one of its well-known Cantonese offerings served for lunch and dinner.

    Another featured dish is the Shanghai-style Chilled Drunken Tiger Prawns with Shaoxing Wine.
