    Located at The Shops at the Boulevard, Jing Ting is a 92-seater restaurant with an inviting open kitchen. Meaning “a little house” or “resting place,” Jing Ting draws inspiration from the traditional Northern Chinese “Hutongs” that symbolize a communal space for gathering and strengthening relationships. This concept is reflected in the restaurant’s ambiance that encourages diner to bond over a shared love for Northern Chinese flavors.

    Jing Ting’s cuisine celebrates the rich, bold, and savory tastes characteristic of Northern China, thanks to the liberal use of seasonings and spices, including vinegar, garlic, coriander, leeks, and salt, which contribute to its distinct flavors and aromas. The menu primarily features meat dishes, complemented by wheat-based dishes like dumplings and noodles.

    Leading Jing Ting’s kitchen is veteran Chef de Cuisine Yang Chen Fei also known as Chef Allan. With over 15 years of experience in kitchens of 5-star hotels and premium Chinese restaurants in China, particularly in Northern Chinese cuisine. He also trained under Master Chef Cheng Hui, who once served China’s former president, Hu Jintao. In collaboration with him is Executive Chef Khoo Teng Jin (Chef Danny) who oversees menu development and ensures the authenticity of their flavors.

    Jing Ting prominently features Northern Chinese delicacies, with standout dishes such as “Genghis Khan” Roasted Beef Short Ribs, “Xinjiang Style” Spicy Lamb Skewer, Braised Pork with Homemade Toasted Bao, and Chilled Mango Puree with Pomelo. Other favorites include Fried Rice “Beijing Style, Roasted Pork Belly Skewers, and Hand-pulled Noodles in Beef Broth.

    The restaurant also offers vegetarian and plant-based options alongside dishes made with sustainable seafood.
