  • You will immediately feel like you are in Hong Kong the moment you step inside this restaurant. Choi Garden Seafood and Shark’s Fin Restaurant serves genuine Cantonese cuisine and is mostly teeming with their local patrons.

The succulent roasted layer pork is ordered by most of its customers. It has 3 layers of soft meat and a crispy top layer. Take a bite out of  it and it will surely just simply melt in your mouth.

The shark fin soup is the shop’s specialty. It obviously inspired the name of the shop, too. This delicacy is garnished with raw sprouts and crunchy bean sprouts.
