Established as the Manila branch of Yang Shu Ten, a Japanese restaurant from Hokkaido, Niseko-An follows the original restaurant’s philosophy of respecting the natural flavors of ingredients and celebrating the culinary traditions shaped by Hokkaido’s four seasons.
