Sebastian’s by Antonio’s, located at Rockwell Center in Makati, is a casual all-day restaurant serving Antonio’s favorites, classic bistro fare, and dishes inspired by the Escalante family table.

The restaurant is named after Sebastian “Basti” Escalante, Business Development Director of Antonio’s Group and son of founder Tony Boy Escalante. Through Sebastian’s, Basti puts his own approach on the family’s restaurant legacy, creating a neighborhood dining concept centered on the food he enjoys eating.

Its menu brings together three influences: dishes from Antonio’s, Basti’s personal favorites, and recipes from the Escalante family table. The concept sits between the casual approach of Breakfast at Antonio’s and the fine dining experience of Antonio’s in Tagaytay, bringing elements of both restaurants to the city.
Among its classic bistro offerings is the Steak Frites, made with wagyu beef and served with house-made fries and béarnaise sauce.

On weekends, Sebastian’s also serves its Prime Roast Beef Cart, with roast beef carved to order and available in 200-gram and 350-gram portions. Each serving comes with Yorkshire pudding, rosemary jus, and classic accompaniments. The cart makes its rounds during Saturday lunch and dinner and Sunday lunch.

Designed as an approachable neighborhood restaurant, Sebastian’s accommodates different occasions throughout the day, from casual meals to dinners with family and friends. Reservations are recommended, while walk-ins are also welcome.
