Based on the Japanese manga “Kanna’s Big Success!”, 200 Pounds Beauty is a 2006 South Korean musical romantic comedy film that focuses on Han-na, an overweight woman with a beautiful voice, who undergoes drastic plastic surgery and emerges a year later as a svelte singer Jenny.
