The Retreat Spa at Okada Manila Is Shortlisted for World Spa and Wellness Awards 2020
Okada Manila’s holistic spa The Retreat Spa was recently nominated for the Hotel Spa of the Year in the international World Spa and Wellness Awards 2020.
Opened in 2018, The Retreat Spa has been regarded as a “hybrid spa,” providing an urban sanctuary for a much-needed retreat from the bustling city.
They offer a holistic and spiritual spa experience with their remarkable facilities, treatments, and therapies. It is also home to the first Wave Dream Meditation Chamber in Southeast Asia.

The Retreat Spa at Okada Manila is the only spa from the Philippines to be shortlisted in the highly esteemed award under the sub-category of Asia & Australasia.

Organized by UK-based Professional Beauty Group in 2012, the World Spa & Wellness Awards honors world-class hotel and resort spas in all regions of the world, aiming to recognize the excellence of service and standards.

The prestigious award body has three major categories: Hotel Spa of the Year, Retreat Spa of the Year, and Day Spa of the Year. These are divided into different world regions such as Asia & Australasia, Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa, North & South America, and Western Europe & Scandinavia.

This year, World Spa and Wellness Awards 2020 adds four new categories, namely the Spa Leader of the Year, Sustainable Spa of the Year, Team of The Year, and Worldwide Health & Wellness Destination of the Year.
The World Spa & Wellness Awards will be held on March 29, 2020 in London.
