Jesse McCartney (July 13)

American singer and actor Jesse McCartney is coming to Manila for the very first time! Relive the sound of the early 2000s with his rhythmic, R&B-tinged pop-rock songs at the New Frontier Theater on July 13. Truly a concert you and your beautiful soul wouldn’t want to miss out!

Satchmi Vinyl Day 2019 (July 13)
The Axon, Green Sun, Makati City
The annual Vinyl Day of Satchmi is back this year, and this time, they’re combining the stars and the elements of the universe—along with some of the country’s best local indie bands to bring you one stellar event!

Cafe Scientifique: Saving the Philippine Eagle (July 13)
The Mind Museum, Taguig City
The Mind Museum teams up with Cafe Scientifique, a movement that aims to bring science closer together, to put a focus on the Philippine Eagle. Led by Biologist and Conservationist Dr. Jayson Ibanez, he will share his experiences from his recent expedition at the Philippine Eagle nesting grounds in Apayao and the conservation efforts being done for the national bird.

Philippine Attractions & Amusement Expo 2019 (July 11-13)
World Trade Center, Pasay City
The three-day Philippine Attractions and Amusement Expo 2019 will gather builders, manufacturers, and equipment suppliers of amusement rides and theme parks all over the world to showcase their latest products and services at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.

Shangri-La Plaza’s Philippines-Japan Friendship Month Celebration (Whole month of July)
Shangri-La Plaza, Shaw Boulevard, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City
Shangri-La Plaza has prepared a whole month’s worth of activities in celebration of the 63rd Philippines-Japan Friendship Month this July. This weekend, catch the final wave of the 22nd EIGASAI, marvel at the fascinating display of the Art of the Samurai: An exhibit of Modern Crafted Japanese Swords and Armors by Geisha’s Blade, and drop by the Ukiyo-e Art!

Contemporary Wood-Carved Netsuke Exhibit (July 1 to 21)
Ayala Malls Greenbelt 5, Makati City
In collaboration with Ayala Museum and Ayala Malls—and with the support of the Embassy of Japan in the Philippines—Japan Foundation Manila presents the Contemporary Wood-Carved Netsuke, an innovative contemporary exhibition presenting 65 pieces by contemporary Japanese carvers and artists.
