The special Independence Day menu will feature seven Filipino-inspired dishes like the Salmon Panga in Miso Sinigang (Php 450), which is best paired with a steaming bowl of Garlic Rice (Php 250).
It will also feature the Visayan native dish Seafood Kinilaw (Php 380)—a raw seafood dish cooked only in vinegar or acidic fruit juices, Pork Sisig Gyoza (Php 350) which is made with pig meat stuffed in gyoza wrapper, and Buta & Tori Adobo (Pork & chicken) (Php 420), their own take on the classic Adobo dish.

For snacks, they will offer the classic Filipino street food Isaw (Gyu motsu) (Php 150/two sticks) and the favorite Filipino chocolate porridge Champorado with Tuyo (dried fish) for only Php 150.
