Spiral at Sofitel Philippine Plaza has borne witness to people’s love for Korean food. A restaurant that showcases international cuisines spanning 21 dining ateliers, Spiral has particularly seen the popularity of the Korean atelier among its patrons. What’s there not to love about Korean food? Besides being a worthy match to the Filipino’s adventurous palette, it is undeniably one of the most delicious and dynamic cuisines, with diverse flavors and high nutritional value.
At Spiral’s Korean atelier, you can find a variety of kimchi, Korean’s national dish that’s famous all over the world.
To celebrate this, Spiral has collaborated with Korean Cultural Center in the Philippines to present Flavors of the World: SEOUL-Ful Gastronomy, the latest installment of the restaurant’s culinary series that puts the spotlight on each of the world’s precious cuisines.
