    Native Chicken at Li Li

    Native chicken can present itself in many tasty and nutritious dishes whether braised or simmered in a rich and flavorful broth. From January to February, Executive Chinese Chef Raymond Yeung creates eight nourishing delectable dishes showcasing their versatility, such as native chicken soup, herbal ginseng; braised native chicken “Wu Xi” style, Chinese bun; and native chicken soup, dried yam, and wolfberry.
