Pico Sands Hotel and Pico de Loro Beach and Country Club in Batangas
One of the most famous resorts in Nasugbu, Batangas is Pico de Loro Beach and Country Club. Among locals, the resort is formerly known as “Cutad.” Later on, it was renamed to Pico de Loro, inspired by the well-known Mt. Pico de Loro that is visible from a distance, having a view that is indeed breathtaking. Following the resort is the Pico Sands Hotel, originally built for members who do not prefer owning a condo unit. After some years, the hotel started to accommodate more and more members. The hotel is mostly for people who want to relax and enjoy the comfort of the sea, but it is also for vacationers who are non-members. It was back in 2008 when Pico de Loro Beach and Country Club at Pico de Loro Cove was launched to the public.

Three years later, Pico Sands Hotel opened. What makes this resort unique is that it is the most convenient resort destination that is just 90 minutes away from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in Manila. Pico de Loro Cove is an escape away from the busy metro, as it has scenic views of the mountains and a 1.5-kilometer private beach.

Bird watchers may also find this place perfect for their hobby, as it is home to some of the country’s rare avian species. Aside from the green mountains, there are also diverse flowers and plants. For those who love to move and are into sports, there are beach sports, trekking, and private eco-tours available here.
Pico Sands Hotel has a total of eight (8) room categories divided according to its view of either lagoon or mountain. Day tour package is currently being offered for groups with a minimum of 15 persons. However, Pico de Loro Beach and Country Club members are also allowed to bring guests maximum of eight (8) persons with corresponding guest fees applicable for that period.
