They’ll Love Me When I’m Dead

Westside
Westside is a new reality show by Netflix. The show follows the lives of nine Los Angeles musicians as they try to create their own showcase for a nightclub. The Gal Who Got Rattled is the story of a woman on a wagon who finds an unexpected love, while in All Gold Canyon, a prospector mines for gold. Lastly, The Mortal Remains as ghosts laugh while judgment is rained upon a crew of strangers.

After a series of challenges, only one will emerge as the victor and earn their spot in The Final Table.

Also, as October ends, another Filipino movie has been added to the Netflix line-up. The critically acclaimed Filipino historical biopic film, Heneral Luna, has made its way to Netflix on the 31st of October. The film, detailing the life of General Antonio Luna, who is considered to be one of the fiercest generals of the time. The film details his life and ventures as the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines up to his assassination in 1899.
HENERAL LUNA will be available on Netflix beginning Oct. 31, 2018! Catch this critically acclaimed film and take a look back at the life of General Antonio Luna.
The film was praised for its cinematography, plot, writing and acting. Heneral Luna was among the films selected for the 88th Academy Awards for Best Foreign Language film, but the film did garner a nomination. The film has received numerous awards locally and was nominated at the 10th Asian Film Awards for Best Actor, Best Costume Design and Best Production Design.
The film has also sprouted a sequel following its success and is said to be the first of a trilogy.
