Yoshinoya Opens Newest Branch in Robinsons Galleria
Japan’s biggest fast-food chain, Yoshinoya, held the grand opening and store blessing of their newest branch in Robinsons Galleria Ortigas last October 16, 2018, with the candidates of Miss Earth International 2018.

Originating from Japan, Yoshinoya has been known as one of the most important and biggest fast-food brands in Japan rapidly expanding, with branches reaching to 1,200 outlets worldwide, namely USA, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines. It is home to tasty modern Japanese comfort food, ranging from fresh salads to delectable seafood, noodles, and great selections of dishes on Japanese rice bowls.

The grand opening event kicked off with the ribbon cutting ceremony, followed by the store blessing spearheaded by Century Pacific Food, Inc. Chief Financial Officer Oscar Pobre, President/CEO Christopher Po, Yoshinoya Century Pacific, Inc. Director for Operations Lala Habana, and Yoshinoya branch Managers.
A large Yoshinoya beef bowl
As part of the program, the large Yoshinoya beef bowl was displayed in front of the new branch. Guests were served with beef gyudon, Japanese fried chicken, California maki, coffee jelly for dessert, and red tea as refreshments. Yoshinoya also gave away free Beef Mushroom bowl coupons for the first 50 customers.

Gracing the event were Miss Earth International 2018 candidates who presented their environmental advocacies and campaigns for the pageant in front of the press.
As of today, Yoshinoya Robinsons Galleria is the 12th branch of the Japanese fast food franchise in the country, with nine in Metro Manila and two in Cebu. With more than a hundred years of tradition, Yoshinoya preserves its vision to be the most preferred Japanese restaurant in the country offering only the highest quality food at affordable prices.
