New Megaworld Community Malls to open in Makati and Alabang
You may have been to these new malls and noticed that they are stylish as well as convenient. Property development giant Megaworld announced last July 16 that they have finished building three new community malls in Makati and Alabang. Let us talk about each lifestyle mall in detail.
San Lorenzo Place
Tucked away in a little space along EDSA and the corner of Chino Roces Avenue in Makati City is San Lorenzo Place. It is both a residential and commercial space with two levels of restaurants, cafes, including medical services and supermarkets. The lifestyle hub is open to both residents and commuters along the area. San Lorenzo Place is near the hospitals, villages, schools, and offices in the Makati area.
Current and upcoming establishments: Yin Yang Express, Tim Hortons, Remen Cool, The French Baker, Lay Bare, Salon de Laurel, Skinoveau, National Bookstore, The Medical City Clinic, Watsons, and McDonald’s, along with a Shopwise Express as its supermarket.
Three Central
Another two-story mall at the podium area of Megaworld’s residential condominium, Three Central is along Valero Street in Salcedo Village, Makati City. Open to residents and Salcedo regulars, the place is designed as ‘neighborhood commercial centers’ that aims to provide for both types of guests.
Current and upcoming establishments: Locavore, Koku, Bodega Kitchen & Bar, Kiss the Tiramisu, Nono’s, Peppy Olive, Marketplace by Rustan’s Supermarket and Lawson.
The Village Square Alabang
Within a short distance to Alabang and Paranaque’s upscale villages stands The Village Square Alabang, a two-level community mall. Currently, it is home to SM Hypermarket, DIY Store and some popular restaurants and fast-food chains. It is also directly connected to a 12-level BPO office tower and a four-story parking facility.
To date, Megaworld has 17 full-scale and community malls under the Megaworld Lifestyle Malls brand across the country.
