    Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen (Php 250)

Japanese soy sauce or shoyu is a popular ramen seasoning and when used in ramen, it tastes best with tonkotsu; just as you would experience in Ramen Shimada.

    Tonkotsu Ramen (Php 250)

Most ramen dishes are enjoyed hot and fast before the noodles expand, however, in Ramen Shimada, you might want to savor their Tonkotsu Ramen. Because of its delicious broth, you might also want to add ingredients such as boiled egg (Php 50) or even chashu (Php 80).

    Tantanmen (Php 290)

For the thrill-seekers, try the spicy Tantanmen for its rich fragrance and fullness. Not only can customers choose to add ingredients but you also have the option to change the tenderness of your  noodle, whether you like it Katame (Hard), Futsu (Normal), or Yawaraka me (Soft).
