SM Home assures mall goers that they have it all to complete your home at their first ever home and design fair, SM Home Turnover Fair at SMX Aura which starts on April 27 to 29!

The turnover is the one time that the home is at its most bare and pristine state. This is the best time to get professional advice on how best to turn a blank space into the home of your dreams. The idea for the SM Turnover Fair was to walk through new and old homeowners through visualizing the home to the tactile experience of selecting the key pieces.
At the SM Turnover Fair, four studio sized lifestyle vignettes were set up using only pieces available from SM Home created to inspire homeowners at the fair. All designed with a color scheme using SM Home’s official palette: Woodlands, Stone, Finesand, and Aegean Sea to unify the units.

Dani Matamba designed the dining room with neutral and muted colors.
With freshness, plants and morning sun in mind, Tala Singson designed the kitchen in a breakfast setting. She used a console table as kitchen counter that could show that SM Home pieces are versatile.
SM Home’s very own Tom Castañeda designed the bedroom set up using SM Home’s official palette that was mixed by their partner, Boysen.
At SM Aura, the SM Turnover Fair started with featured talks from notable Filipino architect and design stars like Grace Moslares, Tito Villanueva, Angelo Siochi, and Leo Almeria. New home items at exclusive discounts from participating brands like Tefal, Philips, Breville, Slumberland, and Klean Kanteen are available as well.
