  • Goodbye 2017 and Hello 2018! In just a few days 2017 will end, but you don’t have to be in a rush to wave the year goodbye. Avid movie enthusiast or anyone who is into watching movies whether on the big screen or on your home can binge watch different movies before the year ends. For some, it may be a usual tradition but for the rest, this can be a way to reminisce the year and celebrate the great films the movie industry has created.

    Okja (Drama, Adventure)

One of the most controversial films of 2017 was responsible for raising awareness to the masses. Other than being a heart-warming and tear-jerking film, Okja promises viewers that dogs aren’t the only best friend of man. The super pig and hopeful girl duo will still touch our heart every time we see it on the screen. If you’re looking for a feel good, feel sad movie, the movie Okja is the best movie to watch.

    Get Out (Thriller)

Get ready for your mind to be blown one more time or perhaps in some case three or four times. Watch the mysterious tale again and get a better perspective of the movie’s twist and turns. With Jordan Peele’s writer-directorial debut, Get Out caught the attention of many audiences, now it’s time for you to do it again?

    The Shape of Water

Hauntingly beautiful, this movie isn’t your usual love story because it defeats all the social norms. It belongs to those movies that are the perfect way to end the year. Indeed, this Guillermo del Toro film—or any other film by him is a masterpiece on its own. This love story of a fish and human will make you believe that loves wins and has no boundaries. Go back to the early-1960s Baltimore and explore the cold war.

    Marvel Films (Action, Adventure, Comedy)

We’d be lying if we say that we’re okay with adding one movie for Marvel film. Marvel fans assemble as we know that with the release of Avengers: Infinity War means one thing for us, and that is to binge watch the past movies. We can’t list down all the Marvel movies but we’re sure that when we mean marvel movie it means almost all of them.

Star Wars (Action, Drama, Science Fiction)

Yes, we know. Star Wars: The Last Jedi movie was amazing and so are the other sequels and prequels. Finally, we can now watch it again with the recent one included. For people who aren’t into Star Wars, now is your time to give them a try; you might just feel the force with you.

    Christmas Movies (Drama, Comedy, Adventure)

There’s no better way to prepare for Christmas other than watching Christmas movies. From the classic to the new ones, the holiday cheer is felt. Christmas movies don’t have to be silly love songs with a happy ending although we need to admit that it’s nice to watch some of it once in a while. A Christmas Prince and Christmas Inheritance are some to name a few, other movies to watch are anything that involves puppies and Christmas for sure.

There are lots and lots of movies to binge watch and as much as we’d like to put them on the list this year we thought five movies would be a great start for you all. Comment on your favorite movies to binge watch this holidays!
