Save The Date: Chef’s Table at I’m Angus Steakhouse
I’m Angus Steakhouse, one of the many restaurants along Yakal St., is back at it with their special menus to delight and amaze your sense. Make some room as I’m Angus Steakhouse presents Chef Thomas Heinrich’s Chef’s Table: An Evening of Epicurean Delights, happening from September 22 – 23, 2016.
CARE FOR A TASTE? These won’t be featured at Chef’s Table, but these should give you an idea of what Chef Thomas has in store for you.
Prepare to be amazed at the 7-course dinner that Chef Thomas has prepared for anyone looking to dine at I’m Angus Steakhouse. For only P2,650 (P3,650 with wine pairings), you can enjoy a sumptuous meal made up of:
● Prawn with mango, hazelnut, and avocado
● Sweet corn with corn bread, shallots, cherries, and ricotta cheese
● Sable fish with turnip, black garlic, and parsley
● Foie gras with carrot, basil, and ginger
● Melon with basil and lime
● Angus Strip Loin with mushroom, snow peas, and truffle
● Grape with white chocolate, almonds, and mint
No actual dishes have been revealed, but these are the ingredients for each of them. These will be paired with these three wines: a Wild Rock Infamous Goose Sauvignon Blanc, a Sauvion Vouvray, and a Ventisquero Queulat Pinot Noir Gran Reserva.
