Drawing inspiration from Boston to Manila, the concept reflects a shared edge—unpretentious, evolving, and focused on quality.

Among its standout drinks is the Salty Dog (Php 450), a gin and grapefruit-based cocktail enhanced with rosemary-infused syrup and a salted rim, delivering a bright, sharp, and slightly savory profile,

The Kowloon (Php 480), made with jasmine tea-infused vodka, elderflower liqueur, and lychee, finished with a chili rim that adds a subtle heat to its otherwise smooth and delicate flavor.

Salty Dog also offers Happy Hour from Monday to Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., featuring Buy 1 Get 1 on San Miguel beers and single mixed spirits (no sharing), along with select cocktails for two at Php 700, including Espresso Martini, Aperol Spritz, and Classic Margarita.
