M Dining + Bar M in Makati: Modern European Dining with Asian Flair
M Dining + Bar M is a Modern European restaurant and bar in Makati that combines European culinary techniques with Asian influences, complemented by an extensive wine program and a curated selection of cocktails and spirits.
Established in 2009 in Salcedo Village, M Dining later moved to its present location at the Alegria Alta Building along Chino Roces Avenue in 2016. In 2024, the restaurant marked its 15th anniversary with refreshed interiors that gave the dining room and bar a more contemporary look while retaining its refined atmosphere.

Led by Chef Tom Bascon, the kitchen focuses on dishes characterized by bold flavors, careful technique, and personal touches that reflect the restaurant’s approach to Modern European cuisine.

Guests looking to experience some of the restaurant’s longstanding favorites may opt for Introduction to M, a four-course set menu priced at Php 2,950++ per person. The menu features a selection of M Dining classics, with choices such as French Onion Soup, Penne Guanciale, Skirt Steak with Beurre Blanc, and Île Flottante.
An optional wine pairing is available for Php 1,750++ per person, with guests advised to ask their server about the available selections.

For more private occasions, the restaurant has two private rooms accommodating six and 12 guests. The six-person room has a minimum consumable requirement of Php 20,000++, while the 12-person room requires Php 40,000++. The rooms may also be combined to accommodate larger gatherings, including corporate functions and family celebrations.
