  • Two of the most famous and must-try Filipino dishes in the country are Sinigang and Lechon. But what if we tell you that you can have both in just one dish?

Here in Candon, Ilocos Sur, you’ll find the Home of the Best Sinigang na Lechon in town. Inapuyan Resto Grill is the sister restaurant of Bon Savour Catering Services, a canteen concessionaire from Pasig City.

This familiar resto-grill was established back in 2011 and is located at the ground floor of an ancestral house, which is similar to those old houses seen along Vigan’s Calle Crisologo.

Its name’s origin came from the words “Inapoy”, an Ilocano word for rice, and “Inapuyan” that means flamed or to set a fire.

Living up to its name, Inapuyan offers a variety of affordable authentic Ilocano dishes, curated Filipino cuisines and grilled eats from appetizers, snacks, rice meals and many more.

Inapuyan is best known for their own version of traditional Filipino favorites with an Ilocano twist that diners will surely love to try.

A must-have entree from their menu is a delectable Filipino cuisine, Kare-Kareng Baka (Php 349). This stew is made from tender beef, eggplant, and string beans with a peanut-based sauce that gives it a thick nutty taste.

One of their house specialties is the Inapuyan Sisig Rice (P279), a platter of traditional garlic rice mixed with crispy Sisig and topped with sunny side egg. This rice dish is served in a sizzling plate and can fill not only one, but three stomachs!

Your dining experience in Inapuyan Resto Grill will not be complete without having a taste of their universal bestseller Sinigang na Lechon (Php 239). This soup dish is infused with the right amount of sour flavor with chunks of tender Lechon meat served hot in a terracotta pot.
