Baker & Cook in S’Maison: Bringing Artisan Delights to the Local Scene
Finding the perfect bread to eat either as a snack or as a side to your meal is quite important. Fortunately, Baker & Cook located in S’Maison, Pasay City promises such products of the highest quality.
Baker & Cook is the brainchild of Global Baker Dean Brettschneiderm, known as the only true artisan bakery & food store chain in Singapore. They aim to provide their customers with top quality products using a special approach: if they don’t love it, they won’t sell it.
Baker & Cook shares their store in S’Maison with their sister restaurant Plank, which is known for their sourdough pizza.
To start a light feast, try their Baguette (Php 80) that is crunchy on the outside but quite chewy on the inside. This makes for the ideal pair for some soup or butter and jam during breakfast. You can also opt to enjoy this with an olive oil dipping sauce of your choice.
Apart from their bread, you can find cakes, tarts, jam, pies, among many others at the store. You can also dine here—they have an all-day breakfast menu with a couple of sandwiches for your dining pleasure.
When you’re in the area, consider making a stop at Baker & Cook and treat yourself to their delightful offerings!
