TORA by Tiger is led by Chef Tiger, whose culinary career began with Chinese cuisine in Yokohama Chinatown before expanding across international kitchens. He spent about 10 years in Los Angeles, followed by stints in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Bangkok before bringing his experience to Manila.

Among the restaurant’s must-try dishes is the Toyama Snow Crab, featuring delicate crab meat with citrus and pearls of ikura.

Another dish to try is Maguro Tataki, prepared with clean, bright flavors and finished with crisp textures for contrast.

For a richer bite, A5 Wagyu Air Bread pairs a delicate structure with deeper flavors.

Ingredient quality is central to the concept. Fish such as buri, black cod, tuna, akami, and toro are sourced from Japan, while vegetables are locally sourced and carefully selected to match the dishes.

With its focus on precision, technique, and carefully chosen ingredients, TORA by Tiger brings a modern Japanese dining experience to BGC’s dining scene.
