At the heart of the concept is its cocktail program, where every drink is prepared at least 24 hours in advance to develop deeper flavors and textures. Leading the bar is Beverage Director David Abalayan, whose craft-forward and hospitality-focused approach shapes the bar’s menu and guest experience.

Among the bar’s signature cocktails is Don’t Talk To Strangers (Php 600), made with Bulldog Gin, jasmine mead, banana, and bubblegum cordial. One of the club’s top-selling drinks, it balances bright fruit notes with playful sweetness.

Another standout is Hawkins, Indiana (Php 60o), inspired by the television series Stranger Things. Made with Bulldog Gin, kvass, croissant, honeydew, and tonic water, the cocktail is served with a garnish inspired by Eleven’s iconic Eggo waffle, featuring an airy cracker topped with a wasabi chocolate sphere.

The food menu complements the drinks with elevated bar fare and small plates. The Burger & Marrow (Php 850) combines a potato bun, miso beef patty, Monterey Jack cheese, arugula, miso onions, and pickled jalapeños, served alongside roasted bone marrow.
