(CLOSED) Half Saints in BGC: A Culinary Haven Bridging Cultures and Palates
Half Saints is preparing for its next chapter in Metro Manila, with a new and larger BGC location on the way and another branch set to open at The Grid Food Market in Power Plant Mall, Rockwell, Makati this September.
The restaurant served its final weekend at its former ground-floor space at Milestone Building along 5th Avenue, BGC, on August 16, as it prepares to move to a new location just down the block. It opened its BGC branch in May 2025, expanding beyond its original Quezon City location and introducing more diners to its contemporary approach to Filipino flavors, breads, pastries, and desserts.
According to founder Christine Roque, the move will give Half Saints more room to develop its restaurant, bakery, and overall dining experience as the brand continues to grow.
“We’d like to connect with the community in a new way. It’s about growing in it”, Roque said. “Our current home allowed us to become part of this community, meet so many new guests, and understand what Half Saints can become here. Now we have the opportunity to build the next version of it”, she added
While construction on its new BGC home is underway, guests can continue visiting the Half Saints Quezon City branch for restaurant dining, bakery offerings, and private dining. The exact address and opening date of the new Half Saints BGC location will be announced soon.
The brand is also expanding further across Metro Manila with an upcoming branch at The Grid Food Market, Power Plant Mall in Rockwell, Makati, scheduled to open on September 16, 2026.
Known for its thoughtfully crafted dishes that combine international flavors with local influences, the café offers a dining experience that goes beyond just food—it’s about creating memorable moments with every bite.
A standout is the Earl Grey Cream Croissant, a beautifully laminated pastry filled with aromatic Earl Grey-infused cream. The croissant strikes an elegant balance: gently sweet, lightly fragrant, and smooth without being overly rich. Its thoughtful restraint makes it a signature item worth returning for.
