True to its name, Florentine’s signature offering is the Florentine cookies. Florentines are not like your ordinary cookies. Instead of flour and eggs, these are made with nuts and candied fruits, giving the cookies a unique texture and flavor.

Flavors include pistachio orange, almond cranberry, and pecan mango.
To complement your pastry of choice, order their special coffee blends cultivated from Benguet like the Itogon Coffee and the Grand Hyatt Bloom Coffee with a blend of La Trinidad Benguet Coffee.

Florentine is open on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on weekends from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

- From Ayala Avenue, take Paseo de Roxas and Kalayaan Flyover to 5th Ave in Taguig. Take 34th St. going to 8th Avenue. Grand Hyatt Manila is on your left.
- Parking spaces are available fore hotel guests.
