Recently celebrating its first anniversary, Songtan Premium BBQ is embracing a new chapter with exciting additions to its menu and dining concept. The restaurant proudly introduced sotbap, Korea’s traditional pot-cooked rice, using the only specialized sotbap machine in the country.
This innovation allows diners to enjoy perfectly cooked rice with the crispy, nutty layer known as nurungji, an authentic taste rarely found outside Korea. Complementing this are a range of new dishes and premium offerings, including Hanwoo, Korea’s prized native beef, and expertly grilled pork BBQ.
