  • Unit 605 Coffee in Manila continues to shape a thoughtful coffee culture built on intention, locality, and care.

Located along Pablo Ocampo, right in front of Becky’s Kitchen, Unit 605 Coffee has become a familiar stop for those who value quality without pretense.

Known as the home of Philippine cold brew coffee, the brand lives by its philosophy of “coffee that cares—for the gut, planet, and people”offering beverages and comfort food rooted in mindful sourcing and slow preparation.

Here, coffee is brewed with patience, ingredients are treated with respect, and every cup reflects a commitment to both craft and community.

One of the newest highlights is its branch exclusive Honey Americano with Asin Tibuok Cold Foam, now further refined with Unit 605’s smooth Atok, Benguet cold brew. The drink brings together rare artisanal salt from Bohol, floral wild honey from Mt. Banahaw, Quezon, and cold foam that gently crowns the glass.

Food at Unit 605 is treated with the same patience and care. Their Papa Pancakes are made from scratch, rested for ten minutes, and cooked slowly to achieve a soft, fluffy texture. Served with raw honey from Mt. Banahaw, Quezon on the side, the pancakes allow guests to appreciate delicate floral notes and natural sweetness, proving that simple dishes can be deeply satisfying when prepared with intention.

Unit 605 Coffee also celebrates Filipino culinary excellence beyond its own kitchen. Before the Michelin Guide arrived in the Philippines, a Filipino-owned restaurant in New York—Purple Yam NYC—had already earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2021.

Today, their famous Filipino pies are available at Unit 605 Coffee P. Ocampo branch and at Unit 605 SM Sucat branch. Offered in three flavors and released in limited weekly batches, these pies bring internationally recognized Filipino flavors closer to home.

By championing Philippine ingredients, Filipino stories, and careful preparation, Unit 605 Coffee offers more than just coffee. It offers a space where flavor, culture, and care come together—quietly, thoughtfully, and with purpose in every cup.
