  • Tori Chizu in SM Megamall
  • Tori Chizu is a new establishment in SM Megamall that offers a variety of a fusion of Japanese cuisine. It is owned by Mr. Scott Tan, which is also the managing director of Scottland Incorporated. Tori Chizu just introduced itself to the public last December 11, 2017 after opening their very first branch in the metro.

Mr. Tan is not a chef by profession but started in the food and beverage industry. Tori Chizu got its name from the Japanese words for chicken (tori) and cheese (chizu). It is run by the same group who manages Bon Chon.

Tori Chizu focuses on the fast-casual scene, serving freshly cooked Japanese food aside from ramen, tempura and the like. They offer affordable modern Japanese food that is equally delicious compared to known Japanese restaurants.

    Some of their best-sellers include:

Umami Styled Fried Chicken (Php 145)

    Hambagu Sandwich (Php 105)

Mazamen or the “no broth ramen” (Php 115)

    Beef Yakiniku (Php 175)

With food that’s good for sharing, Tori Chizu may soon be your next go-to Japanese restaurant. They are open daily from 10 am to 10 pm and can be found at SM Megamall.
