Run by chefs RJ Ramos and Alphonse Sotero, Papillon’s a la carte menu showcases Southeast Asian favorites with a modern twist. Must-tries include Tanigue, a refreshing appetizer highlighting Spanish mackerel and the refreshing flavors of dayap (Philippine lime), ginger, and cucumber that sets the tone for a flavorful dining experience; Duck Leg Confit served with aromatic coconut rice and sambal assam (Indonesian tamarind sauce) that with a perfect balance of sweet and spicy notes; and their interpretation of Thailand’s Mango Sticky Rice for that sweet ending to your meal.

From the outside, large windows allow a glimpse into this chic, well-appointed space. Its interior highlights rich, dark green paneled walls that exude a sense of luxury, complemented by stylish mid-century modern furniture with yellow velvet and wicker chairs and complementing wooden tables that add a pop of color. The lighting is warm and intimate, with unique, vintage-inspired lamps casting a cozy glow over the neatly set tables. The patterned tile flooring adds a touch of intricate detail too.
