Pablo opened in 2014 with Marivic Diaz-Lim of Apartment 1B, Cecilia Manosa and Managing Partner David Martinez-Collado. Since then, it has become a charming dining destination inspired by European, Mediterranean, Spanish and International flavors.

Weekend Brunch is served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
There is also the ever-changing weekly Lunch Specials (Php 590) which includes one starter and one main course. This provides variety as well as a way to find new regular menu dishes!
The lunch specials are available from Mondays to Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
