    Pablo opened in 2014 with Marivic Diaz-Lim of Apartment 1B, Cecilia Manosa and Managing Partner David Martinez-Collado. Since then, it has become a charming dining destination inspired by European, Mediterranean, Spanish and International flavors.

    The menu seems simple yet nothing is ever ordinary. Try the Pablo Brunch during the weekends! Enjoy it with the family or with your friends after that early morning run in Salcedo Village.

    Weekend Brunch is served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

    There is also the ever-changing weekly Lunch Specials (Php 590) which includes one starter and one main course. This provides variety as well as a way to find new regular menu dishes!

    The lunch specials are available from Mondays to Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

    Pablo Bistro has a wide bar selection with liquid gold from Spain, France, Italy, and Australia as well as premium whiskeys, gins, single malt, cocktails, and tap beer – making it the ideal setting for an epic night out.
