ITO Space in Makati: A Quiet Haven for Coffee, Tea, and Cocktails
Tucked quietly in Legazpi Village, Makati, ITO Space is an intimate 7-seater beverage space that invites guests to slow down and experience drinks with intention.

Small in size but rich in craft, ITO was born from Niko Tiutan and Alex Atienza’s deep love for beverages and the joy of exploring flavors—whether through coffee, tea, or mixed drinks. What started as a personal passion for brewing at home eventually became a space meant to be shared, where every cup tells a story of curiosity, care, and creativity.
Designed by Keiji Ashizawa, an architect from Tokyo, Japan, ITO Space embodies a refined minimalism, where clean lines, natural materials, and intentional details shape an environment that allows the beverages to take center stage.
Previously operating on a reservations-only basis, ITO Space now welcomes walk-ins, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy its thoughtfully curated tasting flights and explore beverages through a guided, immersive experience.
Their new menu, released in November 2025, introduces à la carte options alongside its signature flights.
During the day, guests can look forward to limited and special selections of coffee and tea, each brewed with precision and served in a way that highlights its unique character.

Despite the expanded format, ITO remains deeply personal. With only seven seats available, the experience is still intimate, encouraging conversation and connection—between the guests, the drinks, and the people behind the bar.
