Among their signature dishes is the Chef’s Pasta (Php 790), served flambéed in a cheese wheel and finished with truffle oil and prosciutto, with a choice of rigatoni or linguine. The dish delivers richness while maintaining a balanced flavor profile and is usually prepared in front of guests.

Tartufo Ristorante’s Neapolitan-inspired pizzas are crafted using Italian “00” flour and undergo a 24 to 48-hour fermentation process, allowing the dough to develop structure, flavor, and digestibility. The dough is handled gently to preserve air pockets, resulting in a light and airy crust. Each pizza is baked in a high-temperature stone oven at around 450 to 500°C for 60 to 90 seconds, producing a crust that is lightly charred with a soft center.

A classic from the menu is the Pizza Margherita (Php 740), made with homemade pomodoro sauce, fresh basil, and mozzarella, highlighting the simplicity and quality of its ingredients.
