As one of the most popular chefs in the world, apprenticing under renowned Chef Alain Ducasse, pastry chef Pierre Hermés, and Michel Roux Jr., Oldani honed his craft and then soon garnered awards for this.

    Chef Oldani is known for his Cucina Pop Style – making incredible flavors into simple but surprising dishes dishes, making him one of the greatest chefs of contemporary Italian cuisine.
