    The restaurant’s owner-chef Jordy Navarra, formerly head chef at Black Sheep, is highly regarded for his craft for incorporating Filipino traditions in flavors and techniques.

    Garnering international recognition, Toyo Eatery has earned a spot on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, along with awards such as the Flor de Caña Sustainable Restaurant Award for its commitment to reducing its carbon footprint through local sourcing and heritage preservation and the Gin Mare Art of Hospitality Award.

    Toyo Eatery offers two dining options: Kamayan (₱3,900 per person), where dishes are beautifully laid out on banana leaves and enjoyed with one’s hands., an 8-course Tasting Menu (₱6,500 per person) that continues to draw inspiration from local culture, flavors, and ingredients.

    For the tasting menu, diners may start their dining experience with Galunggong at Gamet Kilaw.
