Behind Blackwood’s menu is Chef JunJun de Ocampo, who has worked in the culinary industry for more than 30 years. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he has gained extensive experience in the hotel and restaurant industry both in the Philippines and abroad.
Chef JunJun has been with Blackwood since 2010. He continues to bring local and international comfort food to the restaurant’s regularly evolving menu, helping maintain its familiar yet varied dining experience.
