  • Founded by Annabel Jayne L. Tanco in 2001, Bizu Patisserie and Café in Alabang Town Center has long been a beloved name in Manila’s dessert and café scene.

    What began as a charming kiosk in Glorietta quickly blossomed into a growing collection of patisseries and cafés across the city, along with a thriving e-commerce platform at bizu.ph and the Bizu Catering Studio, which brings refinement and warmth to milestone events and corporate gatherings.

    At Bizu, breadmaking is approached with intention, discipline, and a deep respect for craft. Each loaf begins with carefully selected flours, real butter, natural starters, and an unhurried fermentation process that allows flavors to deepen and textures to refine.
